HUB Insurance Hunter's Top Facebook Posts for 2014!

It has been another great year at HUB Insurance Hunter. This year we put a lot of work into bringing you the content you are looking for and helping to educate consumers not only about insurance, but how to be safe and effective homeowners, travellers and drivers.

This year, a number of key themes and posts emerged that connected more than others with our followers on Facebook. From our fun and engaging contests we held throughout the year, Christmas and holiday themed posts, to holiday safety, travel and insurance tips, there was no shortage of posts that caught your attention and you found engaging.

1. Let It Snow Sweepstakes: Who doesn’t like to win free stuff, right? The Let It Snow Sweepstakes was a resounding success. With hundreds of new likes, comments, shares and interactions, this was one of the most successful contests we have held to date. Stay tuned for the announcement of the gift card winners!
2. Fire Safety: Our 12 Days of Holiday Fire Safety post caught your attention. We are so thankful for all of your great tips and advice about how to keep your home safe over the holidays.
3. Give Thanks Photo Contest:What better way to celebrate Thanksgiving than to share what we are thankful for? We would like to thank everyone who submitted an entry for the Give Thanks Photo Contest. It was a real pleasure seeing your photos and reading about the things you are thankful for in your life.
4. TheReal Dangers of Halloween Infographic: Safety is important during all holidays, especially Halloween. Our infographic outlined some very scary stats about common injuries on Halloween.
5. Strangest things ever insured: Can you believe insurance policies exist against being abducted by aliens or being turned into a werewolf or vampire? Neither could our Facebook followers.Falling Coconuts, Tongues and Vampires: Exploring the Strangest Things Ever Insureddefinitely got our followers’ attention this year!
